I wanted to share some feedback after completing my lease for Unit 2 at 55 Hibou Court (April 2025 – April 2026).
From the very beginning through to the end, everything was smooth, professional, and well-managed. Working with Paula Huntley at Homeward Bound Property Management Inc/ COG Developments Inc.,was a truly great experience—she was caring, communicative, and clearly passionate about her role. As my first landlord in Canada, she set an exceptional standard and has been the best I’ve had so far.
I also really appreciated the build and overall quality of the apartment. Being a newer development, everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made it a very comfortable place to live.
I have much more I could say, but in the interest of keeping this brief and professional, I’ll simply say it was an all-around excellent experience. Because of Paula, I would definitely consider renting with COG Developments again in the future.
